	Prime Rib The King of Roasts! Served either boneless, bone-in or boned and tied. Order either by the pound or by the bone.
	Top Round Roast Tender and juicy, this is a great buffet or brunch roast. We will gladly season it for you. By the pound, approx. 8 - 12 lbs.
	Spoon Sirloin Roast So tender, you can cut it with a spoon! A great Sunday roast. This is one of my favorites.
	Pork Crown Roast Truly a centerpiece! It's the perfect choice for entertaining. This roast can be ordered either plain or stuffed, bone-in or boneless.
	Tenderloin Roast Filet of beef trimmed to your specifications, custom seasoned and tied.
	Porchetta Roast Seasoned with old world spices such as fennel, black pepper and salt. This pork roast is best slow roasted in the oven or prepared on rotisserie.
	Stuffed Pork Roast Pork sirloin wrapped around your choice of stuffing: Sausage & Apple Spinach & Roasted Pepper Parsley, Garlic & Black Pepper And Much More!
	*Leg of Lamb* Custom cut & trimmed, roast whole or we can bone and tie it for a real treat.
	*Store Made Sausage* Toms Store Made sausage, in the old world style. No filler or preservatives. Over 10 varieties & flavors: sun dried tomato, rabe, turkey, pepper & onion & Italian to name just a few.
	Pinwheels Tender sirloin wrapped with our own Italian sausage. Slice for great steaks, or serve whole as a roast.

Just a reminder, with a meat department staff that has over 225 years of combined experience, there isn't a roast or steak that we can't custom cut or prepare.
